Q: How soon can I receive quote, order confirmation, invoice etc., from Chemme?

Chemme responds to inquiries received online and offline.
Quotations are usually provided within 12 hours of inquiry,
which can be viewed on email or online Chemme account.
An order confirmation will be sent immediately after receiving the online payment.
For companies with a Chemme credit period, order confirmations are usually issued
within a few hours after the credit period is verified.
The Proforma Invoice (PI) is available immediately after the quote while the Commercial
Invoice (Cl) is available after order.
Q: How to order from Chemme?

Log in to your Chemme account,
go to "My Inquiry" and proceed to order your selected items.
If your company needs additional documentation,
please notify your primary contact person at Chemme for further assistance before placing an order.
If the product you're interested in already has pricing information for a particular package available online, you can buy it by adding it to your cart and checking out online. If your organization has Chemme credit terms, it will be much easier to check out with a shopping cart. Just select a wire transfer with a credit condition.
Q: How to make a payment to Chemme?

Currently only offline payments are supported,
and online credit card payments will be enabled within a few months.
Now, if you want to confirm the order in the quotation
or check out from the shopping cart,
and your organization does not have a Chemme credit line,
please ask your primary contact at Chemme to provide the bank details for the wire transfer.
Q: How to track my order?

After order confirmation, you can see the status of order in your account on Chemme.com.
A despatch notice will be sent to your registered email address.
If you need to check on customization projects,
please contact the sales and they will update progress
for each of your orders.Tracking numbers are also available in your order list.
You can log in and track your orders any time if the dispatch email is somehow lost.
Q: How to cancel an order?

At Chemme, we are committed to providing superior product
quality and excellent service. As a result,
our account manager will process each order cancel request
one-to-one. Please give them a chance to help you make a remedy.
The more details you provide, the easier it is for them to spot problems
and provide technical advice.
Q: How to return a product back to Chemme?

A:
To avoid confusion, ask your primary contact
for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and fill
the form with necessary information.
After RMA approved by Chemme, you will be provided with a
shipping address. Refunds (if any) will be processed immediately
after receipt of the return at Chemme's Hangzhou warehouse.
Chemme will only be responsible for shipping and handling charges
for returns if product quality has been proved to be impaired within
three working days after the delivery date.
